A perfect thing to have on a lazy day for lunch, dagwood slice appeared.
An addition of different spices of your choice to these well fried chips, along with your barbeque; tomato; creamy mustard sauce and a side fish finger.
INGREDIENTS
Beef patty x1
Cheese slice x1
Fish finger x1
Potatoes for Chips x2
Eggs x2 (Fried)
Lettuce
Half triangular bread slice x4
Sauces (optional)
Spices for taste
INSTRUSCTIONS
Heat oil to its max heat
Cut potatoes in a chip form, put into oil and deep fry till soft or crispy then remove from pan, add fish finger till well fried and remove from heat.
Cook beef patty, in a pan with oil till tender, remove from pan and add eggs to the pan.
Toast bread and cut in half triangles, separate lettuce.
Place one slice on plate add egg, lettuce, beef patty cheese more egg, lettuce and slice of bread.
A side of chips toped with spices, sauces and a fish finger.
